1. Introduction

Welcome to AuditElite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at zorquarenthyquix.sbs and our financial audit training services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by AuditElite ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with AuditElite and meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Registration and Account

When you register for an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Enrollment and Payment

To enroll in our training programs, you must complete the enrollment process and pay the applicable fees. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing any course materials. After this period, refunds are prorated based on the portion of the program completed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AuditElite and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AuditElite.

7. Course Materials

All materials provided as part of our training programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any course materials for any commercial purpose.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Services without our prior written consent
• Use the Services to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuditElite, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
